Kenwood TS-990
The final release date for the Kenwood TS-990S is however Winter 2012 so don’t expect to use it before Christmass 2012 !
Lot’s of curiosity is around the final TS-990 aspect, since there is no real official picture of the product and what is currently available on the net is commonly considered a fake.
What is sure is that the TS-990 or TS-990S will have a dual TFT display and dual receiver and will be an HF+50MHz top of the Line Kenwood Amateur Radio product.

I’m a Kenwood fan….No particular reason except that is just what my friends and I have always gotten…The others are great rigs, also….I’m glad Kenwood is getting more of the ‘modern’ features like the spectrum analyzer and so forth…My radio is a TS-2000 and it is tops for me…Personal choice…But for dedicated HF & 6m work for ARES and SKYWARN here in Mississippi, I could really use this new model from Kenwood…I’m looking forward to hearing how it does!!!
