I’m getting ready for the holidays, where I will probably will be active on digital modes. I will take my FT-857 and Buddipole antenna with me and I will try to operate from mobile station. I will be in Tuscany coast for 3 weeks this year, so hopefully I will be able to enjoy my radio and my family at the same time…. (you know … not exactly at same time).
Well in the mean time I’ve found a cool map of italy, there are not so many on the net, so here you are my latest contribution.

Dear Simone
I am going to Florece Italy on Wednesday for a seminar.
I am quite new as licenced radio operator with the callsign LA6MPA.
I have planned to bring with me my 2m/70cm portable.
Could you please if possible provide me with information concerning local repeaters.
Hi Simone,
I will be in Italy for a 10days starting next week, and will staying in Assisi most of the time. I am bringing my K1 and a simple wire antenna along and hope to operate portable using our CEPT agreement. Can you tell me the correct Italian prefex for that region. One web sight told me that I am supposed to use IK#/my call, another said to use just I#/my call. Your assistance is much appreciated.

Hi
I visit Italy each year and spend a few hours in Ancona.
Can you please tell me what repeaters cover this city on 145 MHZ and 70cms
also if you can find out the ctcss frequency as well.
I have been searching for hours and not found the answer.
